Our Faith and Spirituality Team and Spiritual Advisors organise discussion groups on current affairs and moral issues, and excursions to various locations which prompt reflection. They also host and promote other events throughout the year, where you can have fun and meet new people.

- 2 - 5 April 2026 - Easter retreat for students/young adults at Worth Abbey
We will be celebrating the Easter Tritium alongside the Benedictine monastic community, joining with them in prayer, receiving talks from a number of speakers/monks, with plenty of opportunity for reflection, for socialising, and enjoying beautiful countryside.
- 31 March - 2 April 2026 Holy Week walking pilgrimage from ͯÑÕÊÓÆµ to Worth Abbey
- 13–21 Jun 2026 – International Pilgrimage to Taizé Community, France

- 11am Soul Space followed by student lunch at St Joseph's Catholic Church on Elm Grove.
- 5:15pm Music practice in the Meeting House on Sussex Campus
- 6pm Student Soul Space in the Meeting House on Sussex campus, followed by social/refreshments.
Tuesday
- 6:30pm Cathsoc social (including supper) in the Catholic Student Centre situated opposite Falmer Station.
Wednesday
- 12:00 Soul Space in Watts 406, followed by lunch in the canteen.
- 6:45pm Deep Waters student/young adult group in the basement of 6 Wellington Road, BN2 3AA: Food, talks, prayer, social.

- Every Friday: Friday night Shabbat dinner, hosted by the university’s Jewish Faith Adviser Rabbi Zalman Lewis, at the local Chabad Jewish Student Centre.
